About me
My professional career began in Los Angeles, doing marketing for the beauty industry. After moving back to San Francisco and continuing on that path, I made the hard but rewarding choice to take a leap and make a major career pivot. I did some solo-travel in Southeast Asia before starting a UX/UI Design Bootcamp at UC Berkeley Extension. There I developed a strong foundation in user research, prototyping, low-fidelity wireframes/flows, and deliverable pixel-perfect visuals. With my previous background in marketing, my strengths lie in keeping a user-centered approach to my design thinking while also understanding businesses goals and needs.
I’m a self-starter, an observant, problem-solving creative who thrives when collaborating with a team, but I’m also comfortable working independently. As a moldable designer with a diverse background, I can bring a renewed perspective to a product. This constant curiosity to listen, grow, and learn has allowed me to become proficient in many design applications and to develop new skills in interpersonal communication.
